Jim Dunnigan must freeze his plan to step down as athletic director when his nemesis, Roger Seething, drafts two of his star players into a European pro league.

Jan reluctantly accepts the position as head coach for the men's team, but without their star players, Glory cannot make it into the NCAA tournament; Luther butts heads with the other owners of the Louisiana Vengeance.

Luther helps Jim outsmart Roger, but his nemesis has one last trick up his sleeve.

Jim finally gets the upper hand on Roger by postponing the building of the Louisiana Vengeance stadium, but he remains in hot water with the Glory board; Roger blindsides Jim with his knowledge of the illegal recruitment of Alyssa Lido.
