Miley persuades Lilly to get a complete make-over in preparation for her first date to a high school dance, but when the date stands her up, the girls decide to take him to Teen Court. When Jackson wins tickets to a Lakers game, both Thor and Robby invite themselves as his guest and Jackson doesn't have the heart to pick one over the other, but his attempts to feign ill ultimately backfire.
