Malik B.

Malik Smart Abdul-Basit was an American rapper and founding member of the Philadelphia-based hip-hop band the Roots. He appeared on the band's first four albums before his departure, but often returned for subsequent releases. As a solo act, he has released two studio albums, Street Assault and Unpredictable with Mr. Green.
