Michael Hooper

Michael Kent Hooper is an Australian former professional rugby union player who is the former captain of the Australia national team, the Wallabies. His primary position is openside flanker. Hooper is one of Australia's most-capped players of all time and played for the New South Wales Waratahs in Super Rugby from 2013-2023. He played for the Australian national rugby sevens team in 2024. Hooper has previously represented the Brumbies and Toyota Verblitz in his professional career.
