Nikolai Tolstoy

Count Nikolai Dmitrievich Tolstoy-Miloslavsky is a Russian–British historian and writer. He is a former parliamentary candidate for the UK Independence Party and is the current nominal head of the House of Tolstoy, a Russian noble family.
