Another day of Mr. Bean being himself - visiting a department store, disposing awful tasted food at an up-scale restaurant, and getting into mischief at a Royal greeting.

Mr. Bean's new TV is giving him spot of reception trouble, but that is only topped with his promptly stolen camera at the park. Later, Bean's night out in town spells disaster.

Mr. Bean is delighted to have found his way to the Funfair, but less than thrilled to have inadvertently landed himself with minding a baby. He now has the quandary of keeping the baby safe without in any way compromising his own fun at the fair.

Normally Mr. Bean hates the hairdresser's, but on this occasion he has a wonderful time. He also enjoys himself at the Village Fete where Teddy wins a prize. And finally at the train station,Mr. Bean learns something new.
