Josh and Arnold go out dancing and bump into a very out-of-it Patrick. They walk him home but he messes everything up. Arnold has a massive anxiety attack and asks Josh to take him back to the mental home. Tom orders a prostitute but is too afraid to answer the door when she arrives. Dad proposes to Mae.

It's Josh's first day on the job at his coffee cart. Dad secretly tells him he's going to propose to Mae. Meanwhile Stuart tells Mum he's leaving. Mum also has permission to leave but is worried she's not ready. Arnold brings his psychiatrist to the cart to visit and Josh and Arnold take Tom along with them on their date.
