Following a series of fatal shootings, the BAU team travels to Des Plaines to investigate what appears to be a copycat serial killer.

The team looks for a North Korean spy.

Reagan (Christina Applegate) wants to set an example for her daughter by trying to get along with her own parents (guest stars Blythe Danner and Richard Schiff). The untimely death of a crew member inspires Ava (Maya Rudolph) to reexamine her relationship with the staff. Meanwhile, Chris (Will Arnett) vows to make some lifestyle changes when he starts to fear that his life may be cut short too. Jennifer Hall and Nick Cannon also star.

While babysitting Amy, Ava (Maya Rudolph) connects with the Brinkley's neighbor, Kevin (guest star Jason Lee), a single dad who is the complete opposite of her ostentatious boyfriend, Julian (guest star Chris Diamantopoulos). Jennifer Hall also stars.
