Shvan Aladdin
Born in Sulaymaniah, Kurdistan, a region in Northern Iraq, actor Shvan Aladin relocated to Gothenburg, Sweden with his family when he was 9 years old. It was in high school that he made his debut as an entertainer, with an appearance on the Swedish program "Andra Avenyn" (Second Avenue") in 2008. The show was a dramatic program about teenagers and their parents, and Aladin appeared in 9 episodes of the series. In 2009 Aladin appeared in another European teen series "Riverside" (2009-). He appeared in 16 episodes playing the character Ben-Ali Chehab. In 2010 Aladin appeared in the short film "Ibra" and in 2014 he appeared in the movie "Always Faithful." Also in 2014 Aladin made a return to television in the Swedish series "Blue Eyes." In 2017 it was announced that Aladin would appear as Wasif in the original streaming series "Stargate Origins" (2018-).
