A jaded Dragon with a mystical past is stolen by a Chinese gang, believing it really has magical powers. A young man steals the dragon from the gang, thinking it will heal his sister who is in a coma.

Two orphans go to a foster home with a couple who plan to adopt them. The children hear the parents talking and misinterpret what they hear. They fear being sent back to the orphanage so they run away. While out, they witness a murder.
