But when she refuses to undergo dialysis, she must prepare herself -- and a disconsolate J.D. -- for the inevitable. At the same time, Elliot (Sarah Chalke) duels with a hissing Carla (Judy Reyes) as she tries to treat a Hispanic-speaking woman and Turk (Donald Faison) is shocked when he performs surgery on a likable hernia patient (guest star Travis Webster).
