The homeless are being beaten by a group of teens who film their attack. Walker poses as a homeless man to see if he can catch them in the act.

Man campaigns to remove the gangs from his neighborhood by using violence against them. It gets worse when his granddaughter is shot in a drive-by. Walker helps the grandfather see that violence is not the answer.

Two orphans go to a foster home with a couple who plan to adopt them. The children hear the parents talking and misinterpret what they hear. They fear being sent back to the orphanage so they run away. While out, they witness a murder.
