Years ago, nine humans were captured and transformed into cyborgs for the purposes of evil. Instead, they rebelled, becoming champions of justice when the earth was in need. Years later, the cyborgs have taken up lives as ordinary civilians. But when a mysterious force known as "His Voice" compels people to commit unspeakable acts of violence, the cyborgs must reunite to defeat the faceless enemy.
