After a disastrous first time out, Patrick wants to prove that he can handle the Barents Sea; Tito is paired with Matz, and hopes he can find his sea legs as they fish for cod.

As cod season continues, big catches have been elusive; Svenne takes a big risk as he switches from lines to nets; Kirill ventures farther out than normal in search of fish; Patrick's struggles with Anders continue.

Just when things seem to be improving, Anders and Patrick hit another snag; Tito is out at sea when his wife starts having contractions; equipment problems make it hard for Svenne and Nick to haul in their catch.

After being stuck in port by storms, the crews are eager to get back out to sea and earn some money.

There's one last trip before the end of cod season, and the new fishermen's future is on the line.
