Lieutenant Win received a radio signal from a mysterious police officer named Captain Yodchai, using an old, supposedly non-functional device. Captain Yodchai reported a clue about the discovery of the body of Prapat, the prime suspect in the murder of young girl Noina, which took place 20 years ago at an abandoned hospital. Lieutenant Win then relayed this lead to Inspector Risa’s investigation team, reopening Noina’s case. The case, however, is about to reach its statute of limitations within 24 hours.

The hunt for the real culprit behind the murder of young Noina begins. Lieutenant Win, who as a child was the key witness seeing the perpetrator abduct Noina—a woman—was never believed by any of the police at the time. Now, as a criminologist, Win suspects that the killer must have once worked at Nophavej Hospital. Together, Lieutenant Win and Inspector Risa must track down the true murderer before the case reaches its statute of limitations in just 24 hours.

The case of little Noina was closed, leading the police department to establish the “Cold Case Team” to investigate unsolved cases. This brought back a murder similar to one that happened thirty years ago. Win once again communicated with Yodchai through the radio. Yodchai was working on a case involving several young women who had been tied up and murdered. Win wondered why Yodchai was still pursuing a case that had happened so long ago.

Captain Yodchai tries to track down a serial killer who has murdered several young women, following leads from Lieutenant Win, who provides case information recorded in the past. However, the police misunderstand the situation and imprison Yodchai. Win then discovers that during the time Yodchai is held, another victim will be murdered—Rudee, Yodchai’s beloved. This forces Yodchai to find a way to escape from his cell and save the woman he loves in time.

After Yodchai failed to save his beloved, he tried to resign from the police force. Meanwhile, after closing the serial murder case in Paed Rew, Win tried to find Yodchai—only to discover that their communication through the radio was happening across different timelines.

Yodchai lost contact with Win for six years, though for Win, it had only been a week. Yodchai was working on a burglary case at Prosecutor Manoon’s house, which led him and Win to begin another cross-time investigation. Win warned Yodchai that if the past changes, the present may change as well.
