David Fishwick wants to open his own bank to serve the needs of his local community in Burnley; together with help from local businesses and tradesmen they turn a tiny old flower shop into Burnley's very own bank and have a grand opening.

Dave believes that Bank managers need to meet their customers and take a close look at their businesses; from a busker needing a loan for a new amplifier to a tropical fish store needing a snappy attraction, it seems that he's succeeded.

Dave takes his fight for better banking to Parliament and finally discovers whether his venture is in profit; he promisea to give all.
