Andrew and Doug try to boost sales at the dealership with a new commercial. To test it out, Evelyn asks the boys to conduct a focus group with people who don't work for Ride Time.

It's winter in Winnipeg and the family must work even harder to keep the cars running. Meagan is homesick for Louisiana. Doug tries to cheer her up by taking her on a romantic "date" to the car wash.

There's a backlog of cars waiting to be serviced and to make matters worse the company phones are down. Andrew is hoping a visit from his girlfriend will alleviate some of his stress - as long as Doug will give him time off.

The boys have returned from a conference in Las Vegas more than a little worse for wear. Evelyn promotes Meagan, and she immediately tries to change the way the office is run. Meanwhile, Alex tries to help a very reluctant Doug get back in shape.

Ride Time is expanding by customizing trucks and searching for a new property. There's a crisis as dealer plates go missing around the city. Andrew unwisely brings a date to a family BBQ.

Doug and Andrew try to motivate their employees by "filling their buckets" with positivity. Evelyn has a better idea - a surprise trip to Las Vegas full of team-building activities. But will the family stop partying long enough to participate?
