The body of ten-year-old boy, bound and with duct tape over his mouth, washes up on a beach near the harbor. Seems like just another homicide until an old friend of Logozzo’s, a retired coroner, tells Logozzo that he believes this case has similarities to an unsolved murder of a ten-year-old 20 years before. DNA and blood testing from the 20-year-old pajamas and from the new victim prove that the cases are connected. The same killer killed both boys.
