Couple Trouble

When the fireman Anders and the career woman Lise encounter each other, their fates are sealed; even though Anders is recently single and Lise has a hard time opening up to love, they develop feelings for each other; however, Lise has a big secret.

Even though Lise has always been told that she is unable to get pregnant, she does however; they look forward to being parents; their relationship is challenged when they move in together after having known each other only for a short while.

Anders and Lise, a married couple in their 30s,start seeing a couples' counselor in hopes of restoring the love and relationship they began seven years earlier.

Anders and Lise go back to the place where they spent their honeymoon; during couples counseling, Lise discovers that Anders was close to cracking under the pressure of being a married man.

Anders and Lise's daughter is born; Anders mother, Mona, ends up being a thorn in their side; Lise wants to be a perfect mother but struggles with guilt over wanting to return to her job.
