A sinister case of intrigue, drugs and death. In 1979 two divers discovered the body of a young man in a flooded Lancashire quarry. The body was weighted down and both hands had been removed at the wrists.

Muriel McKay was kidnapped from her home in Wimbledon on 29th December 1969 and her body was never found. The media was enlisted to try and help the police to find her. But the police blamed the media involvement for their failures.

Eddie Horner gave the appearance of being an average man. He worked at a wallpaper factory in the north of England, lived with his mother and had no criminal record. Yet only seven months later, as leader of a self-styled Workers Army.

A story of jealousy and unrequited love which led to murder, based on the true story of Kathleen Calhaem, a respected business woman from Cheddar in Somerset. The murder was brutal and sinister involving battery and repeated stabbing.
