People seek refuge anywhere they can, including the Big Brother house, as zombies take over.

Kelly and Mark try to find medical supplies; life in the house becomes worse when Angel becomes a zombie and bites Grayson; Alex and Riq are shocked by what they discover.

The housemates and the last survivors from the studio try to figure out how to escape all the surrounding zombies.

The world outside the Big Brother house is at stake, and surviving the zombie takeover is looking less likely.
