Descent of a Serial Killer

Bobby Joe Long (14 October 1953-23 May 2019) was an American serial killer and rapist who was executed by the state of Florida for the murder of Michelle Denise Simms. During an eight-month period in 1984, Long abducted, sexually assaulted, and murdered at least 10 women in the Tampa Bay Area. One victim-Linda Nuttall-survived.

Oscar Ray Bolin Jr. (22 January 1962-7 January 2016) was an American serial killer and convicted rapist who was ultimately executed in Florida. In 1986, Bolin kidnapped and murdered three young women in Tampa.

Chester Dewayne Turner was born in Warren, Arkansas in 1966 and, following his parents' separation, moved to Los Angeles with his mother at age five. After dropping out of high school, Turner lived with his mother until she moved to Utah. Homeless, he then bounced between various shelters and missions in downtown L.A.
