An undiscovered band (The Homecoming) is given three challenges, and a few surprises by rock and roll guru Greig Nori. In only seven days they will perform live at MUCHMUSIC HQ where judges will either tell the band that they have what it takes, or that they should disBAND.

Trick of Disaster is a newly formed trio, who want to show their musical talent to the world. With the help of their guru, the boys tune up their vocal skills, tighten their song and put their teamwork to the test when they are thrown into a challenge against Ill Scarlett. But will this help Trick of Disaster prove that they have what it takes, or will they be told to disBAND?

Soulplane are an un-signed band with dreams of making it huge. This alternative hip-hop group has only got one week to perfect their song and impress a panel of industry experts. They'll be getting schooled by celebrity guests, grilled in the toughest interview of their lives and if that wasn't enough - their lead rapper will have to do battle with Canada's most infamous battle-rap champ. Will Soulplane have it what it takes, or be told to disBAND?

Calicose is just one of Canada's struggling, nameless bands with dreams of getting noticed, signed and living out the rock 'n roll fantasy. MuchMusic's disBAND will give Calicose the chance of a lifetime by granting them one intense week to fine-tune one song and give them one-shot to perform at MuchMusic's headquarters. Where the crème de la crème of the industry will ultimately decide whether Calicose should stay together or disBAND.

TIMES will be judged live in front of industry professionals who will tell them if they have what it takes, or if they should disband. But not before they go face to face with Coldplay, rework one of their songs, and busk shirtless on the streets of Toronto.
