Pun and Punn once married but eventually divorced because they couldn’t live together. Six years later, they met again at a friend’s wedding and argued over a parking spot, which escalated into their unresolved past. That night, Pun went out drinking with friends, got extremely drunk, and collapsed, ending up in the hospital. The next morning, on the first day of his internship, he was shocked to find himself assigned to the same group as Punn in the emergency department, forcing them both to confront their lingering feelings once again.

Dr. Kook told Pun to resign because she was drunk the night before her first day of work. She was so drunk that she was sent to the emergency room, but Punn refused to resign. Pun tried to help Vimol, who refused treatment and was rejected with hurtful words, insisting on being treated by Alice. Meanwhile, Pun was in a situation where she had to leave the hospital, and Dr. Kuk had to try to help her. Vimol fainted again, her heart beating slowly until she needed CPR.
