Betsy and Officer Julie Lardino convince Officer Tracy Nance to undergo a makeover and pamper day for the department, all the while still keeping the city safe.

We meet rookie officer Sara Rolfe as she completes her police training and gets a surprise visit from Betsy and Julie when they drop by the academy to check on her progress. Sara then gets a taste of "real" police work when she goes on several patrol shifts with female officers that put her training to the test. Will she pass with flying colors or fail in the face of her female peers?

The ladies combat out-of-control suspects, including a kid who tries to charge one of the officers and a mother who is seeking advice about her violent daughter.

Betsy responds to an accident between a mail carrier and a tree; Julie takes her rifle recertification test; the women receive new bulletproof vests formatted for the female physique.

A drunk male suspect gets combative with Sgt. Lisa Burghardt; Officer Dawn Yorke encounters a public indecency suspect at the public library.

A young girl tries to get out of getting a ticket by crying; Betsy gets tearful during the escort of an Iraq war veteran; a martial-arts competition brings Officer Tracy Nance to tears.
