The teams are up bright and early hoping to snag a hot property at the auction. The stakes are high, with only two hours to scout the outside of the homes before risking millions against other bidders.

Two of the flippers fall in love with the Dutch architectural details of a four-bedroom home in Santa Clara, Cal. Meanwhile, Greg and Beau hope to erase their bad memories of a neighborhood with the purchase of a house that Rick and Vinny also want to buy.
