Liz introduces Season 2 of our 14 day travel to Zimbabwe - famous for Victoria Falls. She goes to Bushman Rock Safaris, one of the top getaway spots and Nyanga - a truly breathtaking and scenic town.

The Mill Grinder

Liz visits the local Mill Grinder in Chitungwiza, Seke, Zimbabwe to find out how maize meal or corn meal is made from grain to powder. Later in the day, her Sweet Mama shows us the traditional method of grinding corn.

The Bambara Groundnut

A high natural protein source, Liz discovers the process of preparing and roasting the Bambara Groundnut famous in West Africa. In Zimbabwe, we call it Nyimo.

Mutoko Village
