A gang of industrial spies led by a man named Michael Lee kills off an entire National Intelligence Service Agents team; Gwan Su becomes the new leader of Industry Security Team Three and must put together a group of agents.

Chan-mi, Mi-soon and Ye-eun get their new assignments, but they must infiltrate Il Kwang Hitech by getting hired before they can approach their targets; Chan-mi and Mi-soon successfully sneak into CEO Seok-ho's office.

Chan-mi and Mi-soon must escape from the CEO and Head of Research's office; Seok-ho spots Chan-mi trying to sneak out and strikes up a conversation; Ye-eun and Chan-mi go to the research center to rescue Mi-soon.

As Ye-eun goes to Woo-won's house, Chan-mi and Mi-soon track down Sang-gi to a club; Woo-won's manager Cheol-woong runs off and Ye-eun sees a suspicious shadow lurking around Woo-won's house.

Tae-rim runs away after shooting Gwan-su; with Ye-eun and Mi-soon's help, Chan-mi arrests secretary Koo; Mi-soon gets information after interrogating secretary Koo and the team gets on a flight heading to Taiwan in search of a stolen chip.

The team flies back to Korea with Cheol-woong in handcuffs; they prepare to lure and capture Wang-kai when he comes to Korea to pick up the package; the operation begins, but, Chan-mi, Ye-eun and Mi-soon walk into an unexpected dangerous situation.
