Police Sergeant Han Dujin is on his way back to the station after completing a late-night rescue operation when he discovers Go Giseok acting suspiciously on a stranded cruise ship. Dujin decides to investigate and begins to unravel a criminal conspiracy that involves Giseok, the Kyungin River Cruise company, and his former friend Baek Chul.
