Jamie makes an incredible celebration meal of rainbow tomato crostini and an epic slow-roasted lamb shoulder, finished off with strawberry panna cottas and mango caipirinhas.

This week Jamie cooks a beautiful summery feast including a stunning side of salmon, lemony potatoes, roasted tomatoes and a starter of tender asparagus with an epic summer pudding to finish.

Jamie cooks a relaxed menu for his friends and family. He serves slow-cooked pork belly in handmade tacos, hot red pepper sauce, black beans, green salsa and a red cabbage slaw.

Jamie knocks up Jam jar prawn cocktails with a lemony avocado sauce, two brilliant veggie quiches served with a garlicky courgette and couscous salad. Finished with a tangerine drizzle cake.

Jamie creates a vegetarian feast with an array of fragrant dishes, including a coconut squash curry, beautifully fried golden paneer and a smoky aubergine dal, finished off with minted mango fro-yos.

Jamie cooks a fantastic reimagining of steak and chips, served with crispy potatoes, sweet and sour red onions, and a peppery watercress sauce. To top it off, caramelized pineapple tartlets.
