Much to her own surprise, Kathy Griffin has turned her Life On the D-List into an A-list TV series. She's climbing the Hollywood ladder — or at least getting a little higher — with the help of her "people:" her husband Matthew, her doting parents, her "Gays," and her beleaguered assistant.
