We left city life for an off-grid mountain in Spain, restoring a stone house and land. Facing fires, floods, and wildlife, we’re learning to build, grow food, and live self-sufficiently.

After 2 years of primitive toilet struggles on their mountain homestead, we finally build a permanent, well-designed compost toilet.

We aim for vegetable self-sufficiency and build a polytunnel for spring seedlings. With freezing nights and an injured toe, Robbie and Sage race to move everything indoors.
