Meet The Sloths

Take a wild ride into the truly bizarre world of the sloths in this humorous, heartwarming and hugely entertaining film! These extraordinarily cute – and incredibly slow – creatures have largely been neglected by film and television, but that’s all about to change. The documentary makers have secured exclusive access to the world’s only sloth orphanage, Aviarios del Caribe in Costa Rica, where colourful human characters led by the world’s only sloth whisperer Judy Arroyo rescue these fascinating furry creatures from all kinds of peril and nurse them back to health. As Judy prepares to release some of her 80 hand-reared two and three-toed sloth ‘children’ back into the wild, investigators try to find out why sloths behave the way they do.
