Moses the Lawgiver

The Pharaoh Rameses, worried about the prosperity of the Jewish population in his kingdom, sends all his male children to death, but a woman from the tribe of Levi hides a child in a basket to entrust him to the river currents.

TV-PG. Moses returns to Egypt to free his people from slavery after hearing the voice of God.

TV-PG. Moses leads the Israelites out of Egypt.

TV-PG. Moses leads his people through the wilderness after God takes them across the Red Sea.

TV-PG. The Israelites begin worshipping false idols.

TV-PG. In the series finale rebellion is triggered by Moses' harsh punishment of lawbreakers and by his scouting party's grim news that the Israelites must battle their way into Canaan.
