In an emotional journey the workshop team race to bring an ex-rally Ford Cortina Mk1 back to its best, after 20 years off the road. It's owned by a motorsport loving family who all took part in rallying around the world, from Peking to Paris and across the Inca Trail.

The iconic Dodge Charger is a film star car with a massive screen presence in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise and the famous Bullitt car chase. However the Dodge heading into the workshop has lost its star quality. In the past its owner used the car to raise money for charity by offering dream rides, but now it's in a nightmare state and off the road.

A show standard Mini is a social media star, photographed in iconic locations across London, but now its owner is focussed on keeping this car in the public eye because it has some worrying faults. The adjustable suspension gives a terrible ride, the front sport seat has collapsed and the engine is misfiring in a big way. The workshop team pull out all the stops as this Mini car becomes a mission.

A stunning VW Beach Buggy arrives at the workshop, but its owner is too scared to drive it because the steering wheel shakes and the gearbox is too stiff to select a gear. It's a rare 1960s custom car and the team need to find 'workarounds' for these tricky problems. The task gets even tougher when they uncover a major oil leak from the engine too.

When a perky Triumph Herald coupe turns up at the workshop it looks like a popular classic with a bright future, but look closer and it's riddled with rust and in danger of heading for the crusher. Every panel is rotten and the team need to pull the car apart, cut out the rot and weld in good metal. It's a labour of love to help save this British classic from succumbing to corrosion.

The Bentley Tourers of the twenties are some of the most desirable cars ever. With distinctive stripped back design, and powerful engines, they came to sum up the best of British. Arriving at the workshop is a four-seater tourer which has been in the same family since the 1990s. Now it needs some bespoke work so it can go on to be enjoyed by the youngest member of the family in the future.
