The nine aspiring restaurateurs arrive in Las Vegas where they compete to earn one of the eight spots on the bus.

The bus arrives in the upscale town of Temecula, Calif. where the contestants' market knowledge is tested.

The bus arrives in Los Angeles, where the contestants are presented with their first group challenge.

The bus arrives at the iconic Balboa Pier in New Beach, Calif. where the remaining five contestants will each have to open a concession stand featuring the same three dishes.

The remaining four contestants are tasked with creating a supper club with $1,000 and an empty restaurant shell.

The three remaining chefs must serve specific groups of diners at three iconic locations: a zoo, an upscale shopping center and a late night bar scene.
