A Matter of Respect

Zeliha uproots her family and moves to Istanbul with her husband Hasan and their sons, Yigit and Emir.

Hasan pours all his hopes into opening a jewelry shop; Namik introduces him to Sadullah, an intimidating figure whose help comes at a dangerous cost.

On the long-awaited opening day, tragedy strikes -- the jewelry shop is robbed, shattering Hasan's dreams and pushing him toward despair.

Emir grows suspicious when the police refuse to investigate the robbery; convinced Sadullah is behind the tragedy, he shares his fears with Yigit.
