Shawn travels to Miawpukek First Nation in Newfoundland to reconnect with his Mi’kmaw culture. Later, a reunion between mother and daughter offers forgiveness, and a message from a grandmother helps a daughter move forward.

Shawn travels to Qalipu First Nation, N.L. to learn about the local Mi'kmaw history and to participate in a community drum circle. His psychic abilities help connect the spirit of a Chief with his granddaughter and reveal the story of a hand-made bracelet.

Shawn participates in a community feast in the Mi'gmaw territory of Listuguj, Que. An emotional reunion between a mother and her daughter pulls at their community’s heartstrings and two siblings make a spiritual connection with their mother.
