George Williams and his daughter Anna run Chevin Chase Veterinary Practise in the market town of Oxley. Anna’s hands are full with three children, another on the way, a struggling practice and a wedding to organize. Sparks fly when her sister Sarah, complete with designer lifestyle, swans up from London for the first time in years.

When Sarah refuses to perform a simple operation, her sister Anna accuses her of “running away” from her responsibilities yet again! What is it that Sarah is actually running from?
