The Kazakhstan Triangle
Kazakhstan may be the ninth largest country in the world, yet Westerners know little about it. The skate crew arrives in Astana, a city full of modern architecture and packed with unreal skate spots.
A trip to the Ustyurt Plateau goes wrong when the hire cars get stuck in the desert mud. After waiting for hours, the boys are itching to get back to Aktau to skate the city's many marble monuments.
The final leg of the tour takes the group to Almaty, a 75-hour train ride away. The time gives the skate crew a chance to absorb local culture, but by the end, skating in Almaty can't come fast enough.
