A resistance group helps Flash free Jay and Alpha, and in return, Jay offers to help rescue their leader.

Jay (Illya Woloshyn) challenges Hedda (Rochelle Greenwood) to a spelling contest as a means of obtaining a map to the Tower.

Jay must obtain a different key from two uncooperative gatekeepers in order to pass through a Downworld checkpoint.

Flash (Tony Sampson) encounters a damsel (Jewel Staite) in distress after he decides to take a shortcut to the Tower.
