Nick Knowles and the gang depart for Koh Phangan Thailand.

The gang starts to bond as they get to grips with their detox schedules and go solo with their colemas; treatments start and the cast experience yoga and reiki.

As Milton begins his intensive protocol to address his health concerns, Nick takes the initiative to develop his own strategies that conflict with the retreat plan. These individual actions subtly influence the rest of the members, leading to a palpable shift in the group.

As the group progresses, they start to acknowledge the effectiveness of their treatments. Particularly, Nick experiences a profound expansion of consciousness during a yoga session, which leaves a lasting impact on him.

During Reiki sessions, Julian and Kathy undergo profound transformations and Maggie's hearing improves. Despite the accelerated change experienced by some, the group encounters challenges with slowing down and fully embracing these new ways of being.

The group receives a Reiki attunement and Nick and Julian's astral projection experience in Yoga catches Luke off guard, leaving him in awe of their spiritual journey.
