Bucks County, Pennsylvania has a series of sightings by multiple witnesses over numerous days in July 2008, known as a "flap". And they're rare.

A crew goes to Mexico City to investigate the huge number of sighting constantly coming from south of the US border. Is it possible that one place can consistently have so many "genuine" UFO sightings?
