The four fighters, Asmara, Crystal, Conan and Kelly, are introduced. They’re from two different clubs and each have different fighting styles. Together, they’ll train and gain new skills and strengthen old ones before they face-off in the ring.

At the first training session, Kelly studies his future opponent in order to defend himself when they battle it out in the ring. Later, Conan learns a valuable lesson about eating before a workout.

Female boxers face several challenges both in and out of the ring. Asmara and Crystal share their experiences on what it's like to be a female boxer. Later, the fighters switch trainers so they can be more agile.

Harry discusses the art of making weight. Losing and gaining weight is easier said than done and it takes a lot of time and effort to reach an ideal weight class. Crystal realizes she must drop weight to fight Asmara, but her injuries catch up to her.

As the fighters train alone, Conan shows his tenacity on the heavy bag. Training on a bag helps fighters strengthen their combinations, learn where to hit an opponent and improve hand-eye coordination and endurance. Later, Asmara reveals her secret weapon.

Weaknesses start to show as Roland trains with each fighter and puts them through the toughest workout yet. They need to push themselves in order to get to the next level and ensure they’re in peak physical condition.
