S1, E5: It is not a good day for Korbinian. Not only has Ulrich, once again, complained about the unsanitary conditions of his barn apartment and threatened to pay less rent, but his very rich and very annoying heiress Rita also suddenly appears on his doorstep and wants to move in with him for a week to enjoy the fresh country air. Fortunately, Ulrich has just decided to move in with a friend so that he can finally take a warm shower for a change – which means that the apartment is available for the difficult old lady. Stockl's call concerning a new corpse comes in handy for Korbinian to escape Aunt Rita's whims for a while: a tourist has been found dead on the Baumgartner farm. Rat poison in young Eva Windeck's breakfast coffee has sent her to the afterlife. Suspects are quickly at hand, namely the farm owners – Simon Baumgartner and his son Michael – as well as the intern Britta, who is pathologically jealous. However, when the cops find out that the young victim had not been staying at the farm, but had in fact shared a dark secret with the residents, they quickly find themselves on the murderer's trail together.
