Theo, known as "The Gentleman," is a former American soldier whose lonely and miserable existence unfolds between memories of a better past with his deceased wife and his usual Thursday appointment with Olga, a prostitute he pays to talk to, remembering who he once was and dreaming of what could have been. When Olga is murdered, he seeks brutal revenge. The trail of blood he leaves behind is followed by Iborra, an alcoholic police inspector, and Herodes, a ruthless hitman. The crossing of these characters on the edge will have an abrupt outcome when the present comes to collect the debts of the past.
