The Lost Ones

Following the loss of her son, a grieving mother (Dawn Bower) stays locked in her messy apartment, remaining stuck in the past. Kim devises a plan to end her pain, but so does Danny (Brooks Garvey), her deceased son, as he watches her from the shadows of the night. Steeped in dread with a ghostly presence of grief throughout, this short psychological horror drama by writer-director Ben Rand tells a modern haunted-house tale exploring depression, trauma, and how darkness often has bigger plans for our fate.
