Leif Krantz

John Leif Krantz was a Swedish television producer, screenwriter and film director.Leif Krantz was born in Gothenburg. He began his career as an assistant director during the filming of Astrid Lindgren's Vi på Saltkråkan. He broke through in the late 1960s with popular television dramas such as Kullamannen and Kråkguldet, and later with Pojken med guldbyxorna and Sinkadus. Krantz also wrote the screenplay for the animated films Peter-No-Tail and Agaton Sax och Byköpings gästabud.
