After Gail and Traci bring a seemingly inebriated suspect into the Division – and after he collapses from a mysterious illness – the officers are alarmed to discover that the Division is being put under quarantine. But not before Andy and Swarek apprehend and book a suspect in a brutal bank robbery: a man dyed blue from an exploding dye pack who is refusing to give up the identity of his partner. Working outside of the Division, Luke and Dov work to catch the “blue man’s” violent partner before he strikes again. And as time ticks away, the officers of 15 Division grow more nervous that the quarantine they’ve been placed under might never be lifted.
