Babar, the King of the Elephants, told his children the story of his early life and how his life was changed after his mother was killed by a hunter.

Forced to run away from the jungle by the Hunter, Babar makes his way to the city only to find it just as dangerous and confusing.

Babar returns to the jungle to be King; he discovers his old friends are still running from the hunters.
